As of late...

our adventures have slowed down. Cosette and I have just been hanging out arond Eastwood (that is what the complex we live in is called) and it has been great!

Cosette's favorite thing to do is pull out the diapers from the drawers. The picture shows that she has now mastered the art of climbing in the drawers as well. She is a hoot.

Because of space we did not bring many of her toys with us to the Philippines, but lucky for us the mall we live by has a Toys R Us. We go there and play with their toys. It makes for a fun afternoon. We get out of the apartment and get to play with really fun toys.

This toy is my favorite for her to use. It is so cute following her around the store steering in her in the right directions. Plus, she is learning how to walk better.

Lyndon and I were able to take some time and go to the Manila Temple.

Lyndon's internship is in the church office buildings which are right across the street from the temple.

Some friends from our ward invited us bowling one night. We had a lot of fun. Lyndon won the game and I broke 100!

Coco likes to practice walking where ever we go. You can see I indulged in this season's trend of colored pants. I love my orange pants. Yes, I am a Tennessee girl.

Whenever we go anywhere everyone fawns over Cosette. They always say "hi baby". The places that we frequent a lot even know her name. One time we were walking through the mall and the store employees of one store were standing by the entrance trying to get Cosette's attention. And everytime we go to a store the employees all want to take pictures and hold her. Sometimes the customers want to take pictures of Coco too. She is a super star here.

Cosette is growing and changing all the time. Last week she would only take a couple of steps by herself and this week she is walking longer distances on her own and choosing to walk instead of crawl. She is even more verbal than she was last week. She will sit down with a book and turn the pages gibbering like she is reading the book. Here she is playing and making friends.

I prefer to go out and do more away from our place but it was really great being at home a lot. Cosette and I  had a lot of fun together while Lyndon was at work and then our fun doubled when he came home.

With July starting we have entered into the final days of our stay in the Philippines. We have are not going to count the days down but going to enjoy what little time left we have here. Our lists of things we want to see are made and we will be checking them off over the next few weeks.
