New York Botanical Garden

This weeks Mommy and Coco adventure was to the New York Botanical Garden up in the Bronx. The grounds are free on Wednesdays so we decided to invite some friends and check it out.

There were a couple of turkeys that greeted us at the front of the grounds.

When getting up to the garden I found out that it is probably better to just pay because you cannot get into any of the fun exhibits with out paying. We hung out side the childrens garden exhibit long enough the guard let us in. What a nice man!

The kids had a blast running in and out of the streamers. Cosette thought it was so funny. She just laughed and laughed and laughed. These streamers might be a fun diy for a door way at home.

The kids area was a lot of fun. It was decorated with all sorts of carved pumpkin creations.

This rabbit hopped right out of the forest close to us and nibbled on some greens.

We did not come close to seeing all there was at the garden so we will have to go back and actually pay the next time so we can see all the garden has to offer.
