Plothows Visit Day 3, 4, & 5

Okay we are back tracking again. Since Baby H's arrival we have been taking it easy around here. Back to the Plothow's visit!

Day three was dedicated to downtown. We made our first stop at the 9/11 Memorial (post here). From there we walked down to the Staten Island Ferry to sail by the Statue of Liberty.

Our lovely city. NYC we <3 you!

Lady Liberty

Washed out photo!

I do not know what this boat is for, but I want to find out because I know Lyndon would love to go sailing around in it.

We ate the best pizza on Stone Street downtown at Aidrienne's Pizza Bar. Stone Street is this cobble stone street that is closed to traffic. All the restaurants have tables outside which is perfect for spring/summer weather. Aidrienne's Pizza Bar is my absolute favorite. It is not your typical NY pizza, but it is so so so good. The arugala salad is to die for as well. I could talk about it for a while.

Wall Street.

Day four was Sunday which we kind of took it easy since it is the day of rest. We walked to through Central Park on our way to church.

Belvedere Castle.

Cuestest girl in the world.

We picniced at Sheeps Meadow.

That night we hung out at the apartment and celebrated September birthdays. Happy Birthday to Grandma and Aunt Hannah! Cosette has the best face in this picture. She loves cake.

Day five Lyndon took them on a mini version of his skyscraper tour. We started out walking across the Brooklyn Bridge.

This is as good as a family photo for us gets.

Cosette with a yellow water taxi boat in the back ground. The yellow boat love continues.

The second stop on Lyndon's tour was the Woolworth Building.

Empire State Building. The most romantic place on Earth. I think this is what everyone enjoyed the most that day.

Outside Grand Central with Hermes.

We had a wonderful visit with the four of them and miss them lots. Now they need to come back and visit so they can meet Baby Henry.
