But First School

Image
Catching up here from at least the past month. So much more from our summer to come, but first all about school. Cosette, Henry, and Rapha are all in school this year. In the same school too! It is not uncommon in New York for kids in families to go to different school. We were lucky that Henry got in Kindergarten last year, and then this year Rapha got a coveted spot in the school's Pre-K program! One drop off, and one pick up. It's pretty amazing. Coco is a 3rd grader, Henry a 1st, and Rapha a Pre-Ker.  It has been an wonderful start to the school year. Henry's teacher is ah-maz-ing! I know there was some divine intervention in there. She usually teaches third grade, but moved down to first grade this year. We do not find out the teachers until the first day of school, and when people heard we had her they talked about how amazing she is.  Sh has lived up to the hype. Henry is doing so well academically. Emoji awards are given out everyday to the best

It is one of our favorite places to visit, and we thought it would be fun to share it with her.  All the animals were out and really active. It was the perfect day! The weather was nice, the animals were active, and we got dip in dots. Perfect zoo day.  I finally went to the Congo Forest and saw the gorillas. I have been dying to see them every zoo visit we have done over the summer, and it has never worked out. I love that place. It is so bea
